En kjent feil er en feil kjent for IT-infrastrukturen, og som har oppstått før og en som har en oppdaget løsning (som er en ‘workaround’, men ikke en permanent løsning). Alle kjente integrasjonsrelaterte feil er lagret i denne tabellen nedenfor kalt Known error database (KEDB):
