For å sette opp LTI 1.3-protokollen og kjøre applikasjonen, følg trinnene under.

(1) Opprett en tilgangsnøkkel

1.1 Navigate to the Konto (Account) Tab:

• Locate and click on the "Konto" tab situated on the left-hand side of the page.

1.2 Access Settings:

• Select the "Innstillinger" tab, positioned below the "Filer" tab.

1.3 Generate a new Access Key:

• Scroll down the page until you find "Ny tilgangsnøkkel" and click on it. A new window titled “Ny tilgangsnøkkel" will appear.

1.4 Choose a name for “Formål":

• In the box available in fornt of “Formål", provide a descriptive name for this Access Key.

1.5 Set Expiry Date:

• Click on the calendar icon right to the box available in front of “Utløper" and choose an Expiry Date for this Access Key.

1.6 Generate the Access Key:

• Click on the “Generer nøkkel" button to create an Access Key.

1.7 Store the created Access Key:

• A new window named “Tilgangsnøkkeldetaljer" will appear displaying the generated access key in front of the "Nøkkel:" field.
  Copy and securely store this value as it will be required when initially running the LTI application.

(2) Sette opp LTI nøkkel

2.1 Navigate to the Administrator Tab:

• Click on the "Administrator" tab located on the left-hand side of the page.

2.2 Select the Account:

• Choose the account where you wish to create the application.

2.3 Access the Developer Key Section:

• A second column on the left-hand side will appear. Scroll down and select "Utviklernøkkel" (Developer Key).

2.4 Switch to Account Tab:

• Click on the "Konto" (Account) tab.

2.5 Add a New Developer Key:

• On the right-hand side of the page, click on "+Utviklernøkkel". This will display a drop-down menu.

2.6 Choose LTI Key:

• From the drop-down menu, select "LTI nøkkel".

2.7 Name Your LTI Key:

• A new page will appear. Provide a descriptive name for your LTI nøkkel.

2.8 Select Manual Entry for Configuration:

• Under the "Metode" tab, click on "Manuell innlegging" (a dropdown menu) and select "Lim inn JSON" (Paste JSON).

2.9 Configure JSON Object:

Click on the provided link below to access the designated URI.
Carefully read and follow the guidance provided on the webpage.
Utilize the instructions to create a JSON object that matches the requirements of the desired target application.
After successfully generating the JSON object, ensure that any existing content in the "LTI 1.3 Konfigurasjon" box is removed. Then, paste the entire generated JSON object into the designated "LTI 1.3 Konfigurasjon" box shown below. This will configure the settings as required for the desired target application.

2.10 Enter Redirect URI:

• Paste the following URI into the box “URIer for videresendelse"

2.11 Save the LTI Key:

• Click on “Lagre" to store the LTInøkkel. You should be redirected to "Administrator > Utviklernøkkel > Konto".

2.12 Activate the LTI Key:

• On the far right side, next to your LTI nøkkel under "Tilstand" (Status), click on the grey checkbox to turn it green. Confirm any prompts that appear.

(3) Kjøring av applikasjonen (første gang)

3.1 Navigate to the Administrator Tab:

• Click on the "Administrator" tab located on the left-hand side of the page.

3.2 Select the Account:

• Choose the account where you previously created the LTInøkkel.

3.3 Locate the LTI Key:

• Scroll down the second column on the left-hand side of the page to find the name of the LTI nøkkel you created earlier. Click on it.

• Note: If this is your first time accessing this LTI nøkkel, proceed to the next steps. Otherwise, the process automatically proceeds.

3.4 Enter API Key:

• Paste the “Nøkkel" value that you copied in step 1.7 into the available box under “API Token".

3.5 Submit the API information:

• Click on the “Submit" button to send out the API information entered in the API Token box.
